This is a new show on TLC, what are your thoughts on this show? I have just tuned in and I felt my chin drop within the first 5 min! My thoughts on this show are that it is insane! I mean these girls LOOK like complete "bad girls" (putting it in a nice way) and in all reality they do not kiss before they are in front of the alter.
So as a parent I just cant see making my child not kiss the person that they are going to date because they have to be married first. I mean I feel like it is saying "get married to the first guy that ask so that you can hope that he is the right person for you" I mean I don't mind one bit my daughter saving herself for her husband but I sure hope that she dates him more that 2 months, because lets be honest at that point it is still infatuation. I am in no way saying I want my daughter to have sex with multiple people that she dates throughout high school but I just don't want to put marriage like I see this community doing.
The dress....Oh my god the dresses! These are insane I mean this girl says it is 6 ft wide! Really?? I mean 80 lbs of wedding dress that is insane!
Ok I got my rant out. I for some reason can not change the channel even though I am thinking omg I so cant stand the way that they are teaching these kids! Hope everyone has a great night and I will be posting pics of the crochet hats I have finished so far for the hospital drive :)
