Making your own baby food!

Recently I decided that I was going to make Lliam's food because I wasn't happy with the selection of baby food! Here are some pictures of the latest selection asparagus and squash! He loves this food more than anyone thought that he would!

1. Cut the squash up into chunks, and place into a pan of boiling water.
2. Cut about 1 inch of the asparagus stems off and then cut up into pieces and throw into the pan/pans of water that has the squash in it.
3. Let them boil for about 15-20 min or until the squash is soft.
4. Pour some of the water that you are boiling them in into the blender, then place the asparagus into the blender.
5. Get the squash out and pull the skin off of it, be careful when doing this because it is HOT!
6. Blend up and place into the containers that you will store it in. I have the baby bullet so there is a picture of the containers. And let me just say that I LOVE my baby bullet!

Just remember...If you put it in the fridge it is good for up to 3 days. Put it in the freezer and it will be good for 30 days :)
